Meet Our Team

Erica Hale, our Office Administrator, came to our practice in October 2010. She has been in the Cosmetic Surgery field for over sixteen years working to make patients’ overall care better. From the first contact with our practice throughout their entire surgical experience, Erica is there to walk our patients through their time with us. Erica is happily married to Brian, her high-school sweetheart, and has five children and two English springer spaniels.

Tricia joined Sullivan Integrated Center in September of 2014, as the Front Desk Coordinator. Prior to that, she was at home for the last twelve years raising her two beautiful daughters.  Tricia will welcome you to our practice.  Tricia possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and innate ability to be warm and compassionate.  She is responsible for greeting and registering patients in the office, as well as working closely with staff to assure quality patient care.   When not working, Tricia volunteers in the community, attends her daughter’s lacrosse games, enjoys the beach and deep sea fishing, as well as spending time with her husband Steve, her girls and family.

Betsy joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Spring of 2018 as the Office Manager of our Easton, Maryland office.  Betsy is responsible for registering and greeting patients, maintaining a beautiful office, and ensuring that all patient experiences are professional and of the highest quality.    In her free time Betsy enjoys biking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristen joined our practice in 2016 as a nurse in our surgery center and is now a nurse injector and laser specialist. Kristen is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNC-Greensboro. Prior to working at Sullivan Surgery and Spa, Kristen worked in Oncology and gave chemotherapy. Her passion lies in building relationships with patients. Outside of work, Kristen and her husband, Jospeh, are kept busy with their 2 young boys, William and Henry.

Wendy joined our practice in 2018 as a nurse in our surgery center after working for over 20 years as a nurse in the hospital setting. Wendy has since expanded her skills to include taking care of our Laser & Semaglutide patients. She has developed a passion for all aspects of the lasers and enjoys seeing the happy results from her patients. Wendy is happily married to her husband Jeff and has two beautiful adult children, Samantha & Joey.

Natalie is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Chesapeake College and Wilmington University. She has worked in emergency medicine for 7 years and critical care transport for University of Maryland for 1 year. Natalie has a strong interest in medical aesthetics and when she is not working, she enjoys the beach, family, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Elvis.

Ashley graduated from America’s first school devoted exclusively to licensed aesthetics, Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, which is renowned worldwide for its prestigious reputation and high standards. Ashley joined our in March 2019. She left her career in childcare teaching preschool to follow her passion for beauty and skincare. She is committed to helping her patients achieve their skin care goals and building lasting relationships with them.

Stephanie joined Sullivan Surgery and Spa in September 2019. She graduated from Chesapeake college with an associates degree in applied science, working as a certified medical assistant and then a certified clinical medical assistant before deciding to pursue her passion for skin care. Stephanie changed her career path and graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology as a licensed aesthetician before coming to our office with a wealth of knowledge in overall skincare wellness and patient satisfaction. When she is not working she spends time with her husband Wade and their beautiful baby girl.

Lee Ann joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa as one of Eastons front desk coordinators after she retired from teaching for over 33 years. She is a mother of 3 and grandmother to 6! Lee Ann loves this new fun phase of her life, working with patients and learning more about the complete medical spa experience! In her spare time, Lee Ann enjoys crabbing, fishing, gardening and spending time with her husband Michael and grandkids.

Caroline joined Sullivan Surgery and Spa in March 2023 as a Medical Aesthetician in both our Annapolis & Easton locations. Caroline graduated from Chesapeake School of Esthetics and has been working as an Aesthetician for four years. She grew up on the eastern shore in Maryland and has a passion for health, skincare, and beauty. With each patient, her goal is to attend to their skincare needs and build lasting relationships with them. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two golden retrievers Maverick and Ovi.

Sheridon joined Sullivan Surgery and Spa in the spring of 2024 with 7 years of experience in medical skincare. To Sheridon, achieving patient's skincare goals is top priority, and she looks forward to building relationships and trust to see this through. She understands the importance of patient satisfaction and works hard to treat patients as if it were her own skin. When not in the office Sheridon enjoys working out and spending time with her dog Jane.

Bridget joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in December of 2023. Bridget graduated from the University of Maryland School of Nursing and before joining our team she dedicated herself to caring for the sickest patients in Anne Arundel Medical Center’s ICU. Prior to being a nurse Bridget had 18 years of skincare experience as a Licensed Aesthetician, and has a profound passion for skin care and all things beauty. Bridget is most proud of her five amazing children whom she raises with her loving husband, Dan.
