Erica Hale ~ Office Administrator Annapolis & Easton

Erica Hale, our Office Administrator, came to our practice in October 2010. She has been in the Cosmetic Surgery field for over sixteen years working to make patients' overall care better. From the first contact with our practice throughout their entire surgical experience, Erica is there to walk our patients through their time with us. Erica is happily married to Brian, her high-school sweetheart, and has five children and two English springer spaniels.

Tricia McGrath ~ Front Desk Manager Annapolis

Tricia joined Sullivan Integrated Center in September of 2014, as the Front Desk Coordinator. Prior to that, she was at home for the last twelve years raising her two beautiful daughters.  Tricia will welcome you to our practice.  Tricia possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and innate ability to be warm and compassionate.  She is responsible for greeting and registering patients in the office, as well as working closely with staff to assure quality patient care.   When not working, Tricia volunteers in the community, attends her daughter’s lacrosse games, enjoys the beach and deep sea fishing, as well as spending time with her husband Steve, her girls and family.

Betsy Grieves ~ Front Desk Manager Easton

Betsy joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Spring of 2018 as the Office Manager of our Easton, Maryland office.  Betsy is responsible for registering and greeting patients, maintaining a beautiful office, and ensuring that all patient experiences are professional and of the highest quality.    In her free time Betsy enjoys biking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristen Noel, RN, BSN ~Nurse Manager ~ Injection & Laser Specialist

Kristen joined our practice in 2016 as a nurse in our surgery center and is now a nurse injector and laser specialist. Kristen is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNC-Greensboro. Prior to working at Sullivan Surgery and Spa, Kristen worked in Oncology and gave chemotherapy. Her passion lies in building relationships with patients. Outside of work, Kristen and her husband, Jospeh, are kept busy with their 2 young boys, William and Henry and their golden retriever, Goose! 

Wendy Esterling, RN ~ Laser Specialist

Georgi Bishop ~ Medical Aesthetician

Georgi  joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Spring of 2018.  Georgi graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in 2013 and brings with her an extensive background in comprehensive skin care treatments.  Her warm and compassionate disposition encourages strong relationships with her patients and she is deeply committed to having each of her patients achieve their personal skin care goals.   When not at work, Georgi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son’s sporting events, going to the beach and playing tennis.

Ashley Adkins ~ Medical Aesthetician

Ashley graduated from America’s first school devoted exclusively to licensed aesthetics, Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, which is renowned worldwide for its prestigious reputation and high standards. Ashley joined our in March 2019. She left her career in childcare teaching preschool to follow her passion for beauty and skincare. She is committed to helping her patients achieve their skin care goals and building lasting relationships with them.

Natalie DiGiovine, RN , BSN ~ Injection & Laser Specialist

Natalie graduated from Chesapeake College and Wilmington University with her BSN. She has worked in emergency medicine for over 7 years and done critical care transport for University of Maryland. Natalie's strong interest in medical aesthetics is what brought her to Sullivan Surgery & Spa. Natalie loves working with her patients to help them reach their goals. When not working  she enjoys the beach, family, and spending time with her French Bulldog Elvis.

Stephanie Harvey ~ Medical Aesthetician

Stephanie joined Sullivan Surgery and Spa in September 2019. She graduated from Chesapeake college with an associates degree in applied science, working as a certified medical assistant and then a certified clinical medical assistant before deciding to pursue her passion for skin care.  Stephanie changed her career path and graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology as a licensed aesthetician before coming  to our office with a wealth of knowledge in overall skincare wellness and patient satisfaction. When she is not working she spends time with her husband Wade and their beautiful baby girl.

Lee Ann Kulina ~ Front Desk Coordinator Easton

Lee Ann joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa as one of Eastons front desk coordinators after she retired from teaching for over 33 years. She is a mother  of 3 and grandmother to 6! Lee Ann loves this new fun phase of her life, working with patients and learning more about the complete medical spa experience! In her spare time, Lee Ann enjoys crabbing, fishing, gardening and spending time with her husband Michael and grandkids.

Desiree Criscuolo ~ Medical Aesthetician

Desiree joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Summer of 2022.  After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree from Lynn University, Desiree continued her education graduating from Aveda Institute in South Florida. Desiree takes pride in delivering amazing results to her clients by being at the forefront of innovative technology and skin care products and procedures. She believes that everyone deserves to look their best every single day, and she loves helping her clients achieve it! When not at work, Desiree enjoys spending time with friends, family, her Kitty Cat, yoga and paddle boarding on the Chesapeake Bay.

Leah Miskimon ~ Surgical Scrub Technichian

Leah joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the summer of 2021.  Leah graduated from  Fortis Institute for Surgical Technology in May of 2014. She passed the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting in October 2014. Leah brings with her an extensive 18 year background in healthcare. Starting in a long term care nursing facility then to a quick paced hospital nursing unit, spending the last 8 years of her career devoted to Surgical work. Sterile processing, setting up for and assisting during surgery are her roles here. She enjoys the constant learning and rewards the O.R. life  gives her.
