Erica Hale, Office Administrator
Erica Hale, our Office Administrator, came to our practice in October 2010. She has been in the Cosmetic Surgery field for over fourteen years working to make patients' overall care better. From the first contact with our practice throughout their entire surgical experience, Erica is there to walk our patients through their time with us. Erica is happily married to Brian, her high-school sweetheart, and has five children and two English springer spaniels.
Tricia McGrath, Front Desk Manager Annapolis
Tricia joined Sullivan Integrated Center in September of 2014, as the Front Desk Coordinator. Prior to that, she was at home for the last twelve years raising her two beautiful daughters. Tricia will welcome you to our practice. Tricia possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and innate ability to be warm and compassionate. She is responsible for greeting and registering patients in the office, as well as working closely with staff to assure quality patient care. When not working, Tricia volunteers in the community, attends her daughter’s lacrosse games, enjoys the beach and deep sea fishing, as well as spending time with her husband Steve, her girls and family.
Betsy Grieves - Easton Office Manager
Betsy joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Spring of 2018 as the Office Manager of our Easton, Maryland office. Betsy is responsible for registering and greeting patients, maintaining a beautiful office, and ensuring that all patient experiences are professional and of the highest quality. In her free time Betsy enjoys biking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Lauren Teter, PA-C
Lauren joined our practice in July of 2019. She graduated from Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science then went on to receive her Physician Assistant Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College, while concurrently receiving her Master of Medical Science from Saint Frances University. After graduating from the Physician Assistant program she did an Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Baylor University then spent 6 years practicing Emergency Medicine. Lauren is board certified and licensed in the state of Maryland.
Lauren has a strong interest in facial rejuvenation and has been trained extensively to perform in office treatments, including injectables and laser. When Lauren is not at work she is spends her time at home with her Husband John and three active boys.

Georgi Bishop, Medical Aesthetician
Georgi joined Sullivan Surgery & Spa in the Spring of 2018. Georgi graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in 2013 and brings with her an extensive background in comprehensive skin care treatments. Her warm and compassionate disposition encourages strong relationships with her patients and she is deeply committed to having each of her patients achieve their personal skin care goals. When not at work, Georgi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son’s sporting events, going to the beach and playing tennis.
Ashley Adkins, Medical Aesthetician
Ashley graduated from America’s first school devoted exclusively to licensed aesthetics, Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, which is renowned worldwide for its prestigious reputation and high standards. Ashley joined our in March 2019. She left her career in childcare teaching preschool to follow her passion for beauty and skincare. She is committed to helping her patients achieve their skin care goals and building lasting relationships with them.
Stephanie Kemper, Medical Aesthetician
Stephanie joined Sullivan Surgery and Spa in September 2019. She graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology and was in the medical field for 9 years before leaving to pursue her passion for skin care. Stephanie comes to our office with a wealth of knowledge in overall skincare wellness and patient satisfaction.
